Volusia Schools, teachers union issue dueling news releases (Orlando Sentinel)

A proposal to lengthen the workday for elementary-school teachers by 30 minutes was panned last week by the Volusia Teachers Organization. The teachers union put out a news release expressing its disappointment. Then the Volusia County School District put out its own news release. Here's what they said:

Web 2.0 as a style is not dead, far from it. Styles don't die. If anything they percolate and then fuse into other styles. They get absorbed by the forward movement of design trends. Web 2.0 styles are mixed with grunge designs in websites and graphics today. This style is Gradient Grunge. Let's look at some of the characteristics of this style.
